long time no see. i know. im sorrry. but ive been busy. you know with buying the house, moving, several trips to california, etc. etc. so heres the long lost update:

1. the house is ok. 3 bedrooms, all wood floor, huge kitchen, my own yard... but im sick of it. the fun of having a new house ran out probably 4 months after buying it. im just not ready to have to deal with the responsibility of paying bills, maintaining a house, playing family. im over it.

2. im enrolled in college... again. hopefully ill used this major and hopefully i wont waste another two years of time and money. this time im going for computer tech. and programming. eventually i will hopefully make alot of money. my schedule is mon - fri 8-2. not bad but i miss the old days of all classes after 10.

3. i will admit it: i wish i had waiting on getting married. you all were right. it seemed like a good idea at the time. i still love alex, dont get me wrong, but i would do anything to be only a fiance or girlfriend again. just another set of responsibilities i dont want to have.

4. i have a dog (actually a choodle) named oreo. see my myspace pix to see her. she keeps me sane and i love her to death.

5. i am unfortunately still working at marshalls. i only stay with them because its so flexible. they will basically work around whatever comes up, and with school and vacations coming up its good to have a flexible job.

6. i feel as though my life is falling apart. with andrew going to college in the fall and my meme moving in, and me living here, its just not the life ive always had and it makes me so depressed. im just not handling the growing up thing very well.

thats about it so far. oh, and no kids, thank god. but i will be updating again. sorry for the absence.

So, not going to Cali.

Alex got there two weekends ago and said its an awful town and he wouldnt feel safe at night with me being there. So my plans are all in shables again. I am going out to see him for a weekend (June 23-26th) and Im practically peeing my pants thinking about it. It will definitely be the best birthday gift! Just seeing my husband!

So Im just working here until late October then were still suppposedly station in North Carolina so Im looking foreward to that too.

Oh, just applied for the security job at the hospital. Crossing my fingers I hope I get it.

SO thats that. I cant believe its finally over. Ill be pretty busy when I get home, starting the 15th, Im doing the hospital Mon-Fri 330-730 and then Marshalls I told them I could do the mornings and weekends if they want. Oh well.

Alex will be getting his orders soon and I cant friggin wait to find out where were moving too. He thinks its going to be SC or VA but who knows. I dont care!! Ill be working for a bit and were planning to move me down the first weekend of June if he isnt able to come home for leave. So exciting. It doesnt even feel like were married but this will finally be like, wow were are living together doing husband and wife things. Weird to think about.

Ok off to work. Im going to try to stop avoiding the LJ.

Anyway, Ill be back, working at Marshalls and the hospital for an undetermined amount of time until Alex gets his orders and figures things out. Then Ill finally know what Im doing!! We want a hobo appt. soo bad haha its going to be crazy. When he gets to his next school were just going to get a one bedroom appt. and go total hobo so we dont have to spend alot of money on it. <3 The Hobo Thibedeaus!

Had my wedding shower on Saturday and it was alot of fun. We got some pimpin' gifts.

Banned from laughing in woods

A German has been ordered to stop laughing out loud in the woods after joggers complained he was disturbing the peace.

Accountant Joachim Bahrenfeld, 54, from Datteln said he goes to the woods after work and at weekends to have a good belly laugh.

"It's part of living for me, like eating, drinking and breathing. I feel much better when I laugh, it's freeing and healthy," he said.

But he now faces a £4,000 fine or six months jail if he laughs out loud again after a jogger successfully took him to court saying he was disturbing the peace.

German laugh expert Susanne Maier, who founded the German Laughter Academy which aims to teach serious minded Germans to lighten up, said: "Mr Bahrenfeld has been doing what we advise our students to do and that is to find a place they like to have a good old giggle.

"It would do the person who made the complaint and the judge good to come along to our school and learn for themselves the benefits of letting it all go.

My hotel/restaurant class threw me a joint party today. It was a wedding shower/baby shower. Dont worry the baby part wasnt for me. Another one of the students just had a baby so that half was for her.

It was cute, got some nice things for our house. Ok got called into work tonight so Im off to do some errands then to work.
